      Pros

      From the organization, a lot of focus is put on personal development in both technical and soft-skill directions. Interesting challenges to solve with highly skilled colleagues. Nice financial benefits like a 13th month and profit sharing. 40 paid holidays. Speak-up culture which is beneficial for the technical ideation as everyone is heard.

      Cons

      ASML HQ becomes quite busy/crowded during rush hours. It would be nice if ASML opens other offices in the Netherlands to accommodate interested people from the northern parts of the Netherlands as well.
