      Environment with many technically knowledgeable people. Many opportunities to learn. Lots of efforts to improve employees life (side activities, offices renovation, on-site services, ...).

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and politics. Difficult to get promoted. Too many layers to go through to get things done.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
