      Pros

      While no company is perfect ASML and management are as close as it gets! After working in aerospace, ASML does the small things that shows it cares about employees (profit sharing, christmas gifts, real company culture). Discounted stock buy plan along with excellent company growth is a great bonus.

      Cons

      They do want employees in the office a minimum of 3 days a week as of 2024 so depending on where you live that may be a rough commute.
