      Great community, loads of chances for growth. Loads of diversity makes an employee always fit in. Inspiring senior leadership. Flexibility when needed. Great networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Growth in positions might not be rewarded by compensation. More responsibility does not mean higher compensation or equal compensation. This can create fear for reviews or sense to overcompensate to deserve the same reward as colleagues in an equal role.

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
