      nice work life balance flexible work schedule good team chemistry and relationship fun social events

      compensation (especially RSU) not friendly to beginners due to lack of effective documentation and training limited career development opportunity lack of diversity in some teams

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
