      Great life work balance, no hierarchy and everyone can speak out own opinion. Great job security and free internet access to Facebook in office hour.

      Cons

      People not aggressive and may make yourself less motivated. Not well organized in way of working and always not efficient. Low performance employee enjoys same benefits as high performance one.
