      ASML is a fantastic, well-organized organisation with plenty of growth opportunities. For interns, there are plenty of fun activities making you feel you are part of something big.

      Not specifically a negative aspect, but ASML is a performance driven organization that requires a specific mindset and ability to work under high pressure.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
