Pros
AP is comprised of go-getters. There is a culture of support and success and no shortage of talent to draw inspiration from. 'Company values' are not just marketing terms for AP, they are not concepts you hear about during training and never hear about again; they are engrained across the entire organization from the executive leadership team to the entry-level associates and truly do empower us all to achieve a shared vision of success and elevate ourselves individually to our full potential. I've never felt a warmer welcome joining a new company and team than I did at AP from day one.
Cons
This is an all remote company so be prepared for that shift if you are used to an in-office environment. That being said, AP has been in the all remote world long before covid so they are far ahead of other companies in terms of implementing practices to help develop a close knit community amongst colleagues. AP provides ample opportunities to connect, network, and develop invaluable support across the organization, including with the executive leadership team. It's also a pro that their talent is comprised of genuine, warm people who don't hesitate to forge those relationships with new comers and make them feel included from the start.
