Good for Freshers ,they spend a fortune on your initial training which stands you in such good stead no matter where you end up. Good management
Cons
Project guys are really pathetic, they do partiality. Sometimes they give you support project with nothing to learn. U can't ask fr a rolloff till u complete 18 months in ur project, managers won't listen to u. After 18 months , even if u get rolled off , no dev project will take u. And it will be hell difficult to get out of that place.
