Pros
There are some really talented committed people working at Accenture who will do what it takes to help others whether they are clients, fellow employees, prospective clients, or people and organizations in their communities.
Cons
Unfortunately, there seems to be a balance between the talented committed people working here and the not so talented (but bright) self-centered, self-promoting individuals who are looking out only for themselves and their success. This holds true for most consulting organizations (I've been with three of the big ones so I've got some experience here). The trouble is you usually can't tell the difference between good and evil consultants until they have done damage - usually to you.
