Cons
A company who’s reputation as an out of date old fashioned ad agency is well earned. Mired in misogyny, politics, and abusive bullying management practice it continues to bathe in its own kool-aid. Propelled forward by awards based on falsified or misleading case-studies it seems to have forgotten who it’s telling fibs to. When inaccurate or misleading results are questioned I was told on many occasions “this is all part of working in advertising” . I lost count of the times I overheard senior leadership and founders discussing young females in terms of thier looks or what they were wearing.
