Lots of freedom in managing yourself, great quality of the team, really bright and welcoming team, working from home encouraged. A lot depends on the project but it is your task to find a good one that you will enjoy - so whether you like to travel or not, whether you want to face the customer or not, all your choice. Of course to the limits of the current demand and your ability to reach project leads.
Cons
Lots of slides and mundane processes, working hours may be long or unhealthy due to time differences, some projects are boring and demanding in the same time which is a nightmare for the profile of the people hired here. And it is not that easy to get out if you are trapped in such a hell. The company will expect you to spend few evenings with the team, as otherwise you are not getting to have any visibility. It may also hapen that you will travel way more than you would like to, or the opposite - no travel at all and chained to your desk. This is project specific and sometimes unpredictable.
