      Pros

      . Good career opportunities . Individuals come from various background and cultures . Clients are big firms and project are really interesting and challenging

      Cons

      . Senior Management on certain projects was not good at all and did not allow the whole team below them to work efficiently and in good conditions. . Corporate values could be improved. It seems that they depend a lot on the top management of your department and their effort to organize event. It would be better if th teams were more involved in this part of the Accenture life.

      Allowed me to be an entrepreneur and be part of creating new intellectual capital. Supported my disability without question. Provided training in new technology.

      Cons

      Your career is built on you finding clients to bill your time against. In some cases, it may take longer than 30 days to locate the right opportunity.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
