Pros
Recognition and gained knowledge. It ´s a great opportunity for someone who just start working. Everyone has the opportunity to make a progress in the company as the process for gaining a promotion is well implement. If you are working with a senior manager with lot of experience, you can learn a lot.
Cons
The salary is very low comparing other industries. If you compare them to other consulting firms, it is pretty much the same. Sometimes is hard to get a good balance between personal life and working life. It entirely depends on the project you are working, but I would reccomend to get used to working long hours.
