Pros
Leadership and people are first class. There is allot of opportunity. Genuine company and looks to do the right thing. You work hard and need to take personal accountability, but this within a supportive environment. Clear organisation structure and career path. Low level of office politics. Lots of opportunity to learn and training provided throughout career - but most learning happens through on the job and access to experienced individuals.
Cons
You need to manage work / life balance. Projects can often entail travel.
