      Pros

      Great infrastructure that supports you: from training to practice communiities. Opportunities to work in many different industries and companies. Large teams with many different personality types give you the opportunity to hone your leadership style. Diverse workforce with great opportunities for both geners

      Cons

      Structure can be stiffling at times, they do not offer many opportunities for rapid promotion for achievers Public consulting companies have limitations on compensation comparied to private firms The company is so big you can get lost in the shuffle Does not have the pure focus of a management consulting firm with the lines blurred between technology, consulting, and outsourcing

      Allowed me to be an entrepreneur and be part of creating new intellectual capital. Supported my disability without question. Provided training in new technology.

      Cons

      Your career is built on you finding clients to bill your time against. In some cases, it may take longer than 30 days to locate the right opportunity.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
