      A nice to have in the CV - Analyst Accenture Employee Review

      Pros

      - It's a nice to have in the CV. - The salary for entry levels is in line with other comparables - Workload is reasonable for a consulting firm - There might be Career opportunities if you land in a good spot (but you must be swift to change in case you are not)

      Cons

      - The people culture is weak. - There are nice procedures that are not reflected in the real-company life. - No meritocracy Although the above is normal for a consulting firm, I believe it must be stated somewhere (for all these companies) to improve the trasparency for the young professionals.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
