Pros
worked there many years as a contractor . there are many source of information and trainings ( access is only for employees).
Cons
you are left out of all communication and information because you are a contractor. even if you are a full team member for a fullyear, still you are treated as an outsider. no invitations to annual xmas parties or quarterly cmd meetings, etc. there is also quite alot of power games from the ASG employees who see their positions threatend by a contracor who shall be given a good project or knows more (because they shouldnt be take seriously). Many people get jobs they have no qualification/knowledge/capability for, just because of connections in higher levels or they could talk/sell themselfs better to HR.
