      Pros

      Accenture recently bought 6point6 and approx 450 6point6 employes are forced to sign the new contract or terms and conditions document that making them depromote for eg : principle Consultant of 6point6 going to become assistant manager, home based worker are forced to sign office based contract, holidays cut off etc. Accenture leadership forcing unlawful things according to UK employment law and engaging staff on 1 to 1 basis ,forcing them to sign new contract or terms and conditions that not TUPE transfer.

      Leadership happy to implement unlawful practice by forcing employees to sign new terms or accenture contract that's not according to tupe transfer. Meeting employees 1 to 1 to force them is unfair and bad practice

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
