      Depends on the support of your Managing Director - Associate Manager Accenture Employee Review

      Pros

      The company has its benefits. You might be on a cool projects and if you have the support of the "leadership" (i.e. your Managing Directors) you can have a lot of fun.

      Cons

      However, if you're on your own, it's an ocean where you got eaten very quickly by other Managing Directors and teams. They have their own interest in mind and don't care much about yours since you're not link in any way to their juicy bonuses. Money makes it a highly political environment above the manager position.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
