Pros

I have noting to say here.

Cons

Horrible Experience – Toxic Work Environment and Unprofessional Behavior I had a truly disturbing experience with this company, and I feel compelled to warn others. The work environment was toxic after my first year on the job. I was subjected to bullying and harassment from both colleagues and management, with no intervention or support from HR. Instead of addressing the issue, management retaliated against me for speaking up, making my daily work life unbearable. What made this situation even worse is that the company completely ignored its own policies, which are supposed to protect employees from this kind of treatment. Despite two investigations being completed, the situation remained unchanged, and no action was taken to address the ongoing issues. It became clear that the company had no intention of upholding its own standards or providing a safe and respectful workplace. Additionally, the work environment was incredibly stressful, with constant pressure to meet unrealistic expectations, all while being paid inadequately for the work required. In the end, I was essentially forced to leave my job because of the ongoing mistreatment and lack of support. Instead of fostering a culture of respect, Accenture seemed to encourage toxic behavior and seemed to punish those who tried to raise concerns. If you're considering working here or doing business with them, I strongly advise against it. The company’s management and HR team do not take complaints seriously, and they don't care about treating employees with dignity or fairness.

Pros

Great way to get experience working with social media companies, learned a lot about politics, news, advertising, social media company, marketing, job postings and tech sales. In the project I was part of I learned a lot about the world. Most of my bosses were genuinely amazing but I did cycle through a good few. You learn a lot about working with fortune 100 clients. The consultants are nice to work with. You get experience training people, working with a wide variety of teams. Pretty good pay for my experience at the time, the hiring team is very nice and the hiring process was easy. Also I was given a therapist due to the nature of the work. Also got an hour of paid wellness, which was nice but I think that just extended the workday by one hour for no real reason. It does feel like important and purposeful work.

Cons

The project I was assigned to was not as traumatic as some other ones thankfully. But you see a lot of things, you see how crazy the world and the internet can be, which in these times can be hard to watch. I didn't get an annual raise.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
