Pros
- Important and global clientes, making on the job learning very significant - Global company (even though I haven't personally interacted with international projects) - St. Charles: great opportunity to meet co-analysts and increase network
Cons
- Under paid if compare to market and to workload (underpaid means almost half of what the market offers for the same position) - Very little (or zero) work/life balance - No transparency regarding the promotion process. I have seen people being promoted without a clear performance on the superior level, even though the company says that in order to be promoted, one needs to be clearly performing on the next career level.
