      Pros

      I work remote. Extremely challenging work. But I love it. Great manager (Arvind). Hope to stay a long time. Going on 3 years.

      Cons

      Merit salary increases would be great. But salary was awesome. Nothing else bad.

      Pros

      Company has built a great culture and now has the ability to really step on the gas. Products are really valued by the customers and you really get the feeling that we are helping people. AD was just acquired by exterro and should now take off like a rocket

      Cons

      There seems to be some confusion with the acquisition and its providing clear direction and roles for AD employees. Its hard to get clear direction from new management structure.
