Pros
There are a lot of good people working at Accessdata. I was lucky enough to work with a manager that didn't micromanage me and trusted me to do my job. My colleagues were good at their job and worked well as a team.
Cons
Management doesn't seem to value the employees. There are no performance reviews and there is rarely any money for training. The company also seems to prefer a reactive stance to issues rather than to act proactively to prevent problems. Benefits are mediocre at best.
