Pros
Loved that I could reach out to the CRO and CEO whenever I wanted. There was an open-door policy that they preached and practised. Had some great colleagues in the Australian office.
Cons
APAC senior management would constantly throw people under the bus and even fabricate stories to save their own hides. There were quite a few people who would backstab you, and many of them could not be trusted, especially the Singapore team.
