      Pros

      Friendly culture and strong benefits. The work was enjoyable, however I can't comment on what longer term employment is like as I was just an intern. Also is hybrid friendly.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Cons

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
