Disorganized mess - Anonymous employee Addepar Employee Review

This is the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. Senior people are constantly leaving and then they promote junior people who have only been at the company for a few months to lead positions to fill their roles. C-suite is rude and inappropriate, and foster a major boys club/bro culture. No one cares about the chaos though because the number 1 focus is moving towards that IPO. Morale is low, pay doesn’t keep up, and the culture is toxic and gossipy as a consequence.
