We encourage you to reach out to the HR team at Addison Group’s corporate office in Chicago to discuss your specific concerns so they may be addressed appropriately. We value our employees and make it a priority to provide a safe, positive, and productive work environment that allows employees to grow both personally and professionally. In regards to your concerns, attendance at events outside the office are completely voluntary and employees are not required to attend. We want to emphasize that inappropriate behavior such as hazing or sexual harassment are not tolerated at all. After the holidays HR was not made aware of any inappropriate behavior but we want to make it right.
