      Pros

      Addison Group is a great company to work for! The work-life balance is truly something they pride themselves on, and they should. The culture is young, fun and genuinely a great place to start your career within sales.

      Cons

      Sometimes, they can make promises they can't keep in the timeline they give. Overall, I'd say it's a great place to work!
