Pros

decent starting salary for new grad. They hire people right out of college so it's easy to make friends your age.

Cons

I’ve noticed that many people that are leaving reviews are new grads that have been there under a year and don’t know what they’re getting into OR managers that want to make sure they have positive reviews to find talent. I can confidently say that every negative review from Addison Group OR Mondo is 100% true. Since the recent “people first” marketing campaign, I have to voice my experience. I was with the company for over 5 years and was a top producer. This is what I’ve witnessed: *Abuse of drugs and alcohol *A switch to a churn and burn culture…hire a bunch of new grads and “see who sticks” *Sexual harassment and managers pursuing subordinates 10+ years younger than them * Acquiring several companies and not knowing how to effectively integrate *We’ve had managers/executives talk poorly about companies that we acquired * The President of IT threatening employees that resign to sue them if they leave for a competitor * When Mondo presented their digital marketing business so Addison Group could also sell it, we were told by executive leadership from Addison Group not to act interested when they presented *Management telling people in order to succeed they must work after hours *gaslighting candidates that are interviewing for us if they turn down a job. “you don’t know what position you’re putting the manager in” * Hiring managers that are expected to be the top producer – this creates a culture where you can not produce more than the manager or else they feel threatened *I’ve had an executive personally tell me to tell a client that we will poach their employees if they don’t sign our agreement *They talk poorly about everyone that leaves. “they weren’t a fit here”….this is not normal. * We had a colleague that found a new job and was fired because they found out she was leaving *completely out of touch with modern day recruiting

Pros

I have a job and I like the company I am on contract with.

Cons

This company has shady hiring practices. First, the would not provide any info into the benefits before getting hired. No info on insurance, 401k, or anything else. That should have been a red flag, as benefits packages should be used to compare the job to others. After being selected for my role, I was given the contract to sign and review. Right away I noticed the hourly rate was $5.00 lower than was we previously agreed to. I immediately brought this to the attention of the rep with Addison Group. I was told they could resubmit me at the higher rate, but that could potentially get the company to choose someone else instead of me, After being out of work for almost 4 months, I couldn't take that chance. As a consolation prize, the rep told me the role would get overtime which would make up for the lower rate as I would be working some long hours occasionally. The first time I worked over 40 hours, I quickly realized that was not the case. I did get paid for all the hours I worked, but it was not time and a half. After being hired, I asked for the employee benefits guide and was quickly shot down again. The told me the package was proprietary and very comprehensive and I would not be able to view them until I was eligible to get them. Once I was eligible, I did get a copy of the benefits and they are the worst I ever seen,
