Pros

They will get you some job. Nothing more, nothing more…………………………………………….

Cons

They keep around 60-70% of the money, I was paid half of what other agencies paid my co-workers for the same position. Addison Group tried to pay me less than what was agreed. I thought it was accidentally but when that happened to another person working for Addison Group I realized - they play the same game with everybody. They sent me to the job without previous interview with the company. I was told it was going to be temp-to-hire position but in the first five minuter after arriving to the company I was told it was only temporary job. Some of the recruiters are young, unexperienced and very unprofessional. They need to have a training in communication with employees.

Your success is directly tied to your effort. The company offers uncapped earning potential, strong career growth opportunities, and rewards high performers.

Cons

At times, resources are allocated toward initiatives and technology that don't consistently translate into measurable value for client-facing producers.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
