      Pros

      They start out okay, but never get back with you in-time to close the deal. There is always someone sick on their Addison Staff, with someone there dropping the ball and you never get a response or a definitive answer with a scheduled appointment confirmed.!

      Cons

      They never close the deal!!!

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
