Pros

In my experience in the finance and HR departments I have felt listened to and respected. I started as a temporary employee and have had learning opportunities and chances to display my growth and move up within the organization. Flexibility in work location and managers' understanding of personal life needs have been key to my success. DEI and Employee Resource Groups are up and coming in a big way, it's good to see support systems in place and functioning.

Cons

The company is moving back to in-person work. Hard to get substantial pay increases without a promotion or new certification, even if performance is consistent and work is beneficial to the company. A lot of white cis men in executive roles-- most are allies and promote the work of their more diverse teams, but it's still a traditional business structure and energy in many ways.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
