My department works remotely. Both my lead and supervisor are very reasonable, down to earth people who believe in a healthy work/life balance. They truly listen to us and care about how we are doing.
Cons
The remote position has scheduled hours, rather than flexibility. Can build up to a good amount of vacation time after a few years, but not much starting out. I am out of touch with the company as a whole, my department is very much it's own thing.

Your success is directly tied to your effort. The company offers uncapped earning potential, strong career growth opportunities, and rewards high performers.
Cons
At times, resources are allocated toward initiatives and technology that don't consistently translate into measurable value for client-facing producers.
I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.
Cons
Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
