Business Outlook
Pros
The company offers a lot of great perks, but I will say they come with time and performance. Overall, Addison Group offers a a great work/life balance, compensation, and strong leadership.
Cons
The first year in the business is the hardest. Learning the skill you are recruiting, learning the process, and learning the system. After that first year, people tend to hit their stride and see the benefits of this industry. It can be stressful, as we are dealing with people who will say one thing and do another (accept a job and decline it, leave jobs early, etc).
