      By far, the people at Addison Group. I work with great people who are dedicated and passionate about their job.

      I assume it's the nature of this business, but there does seem to be a fairly high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
