      Pros

      Gear environment! Training was comprehensive and supportive throughout my first few months.

      Cons

      more flexibility with hybrid work / providing a day from home to all employees would be beneficial to moral the environment regardless of metrics, especially after folks were hired as hybrid/remote are now required to be in 5-days.
