Pros

flex schedule, CEO has the right idea but the managers have no idea what they are doing

Cons

Stressful, the team doesn't know how to resolve conflicts or have professional conversations. High school all over again... "frat boy" mentality. 90% of employees are fresh college grads, unprofessional environment and managers.

We are disappointed to hear about your cons. We always provide resources for employees to voice when they are feeling concerned or overwhelmed and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. We continue to leave the door open for two-way communication, even now. Our main priorities are our employees, their safety, and their overall experience. Please reach out to peoplefirst@addisongroup.com to tells us more about what types of stressful conflict you were encountering. We want to have as much information as possible to efficiently prepare for addressing this.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
