Pros

Commission remote teammates snacks booze

Cons

Only hiring young people, if they are white and good looking, does not make your culture cool. They make you attend unconscious biases training, which was amazing, but they don't practice what they preach.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At Addison Group, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. We strive to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and supported, regardless of their background. We actively read and review all constructive feedback from our employees and aim to continuously improve, which should be evident from our active and constant presence on our Glassdoor page. We also have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that play a crucial role in supporting and building a community around identity. These groups, which are employee-led with support from our DEI team, help enhance our commitment to diversity. We value open communication and would still encourage you to reach out directly to peoplefirst@addisongroup.com with any specific issues or suggestions that were occurring in your vertical. I hope to hear from you and hope your family has a great week ahead.
