Pros

This is not the first large company I've worked for, but it's a little different here. My department is incredibly supportive and collaborative with everyone working as a team to accomplish our goals. Successes are celebrated and losses are taken as a team. The company leadership is transparent and, to-date, keeps their promises on career growth, bonuses, etc. I am very happy here at Addison Group.

Cons

In my area of responsibility, I have no cons. I do read other cons on this page, but in any sales-driven organization, you're going to have detractors. Typically, the ones who lack drive and ambition are the first to blame it on the organization, rather than take personal accountability.

Your success is directly tied to your effort. The company offers uncapped earning potential, strong career growth opportunities, and rewards high performers.

Cons

At times, resources are allocated toward initiatives and technology that don't consistently translate into measurable value for client-facing producers.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
