Pros

Pros was work from home and once you got the hang of the layout of resumes and formatting the job itself was easy

Cons

Very clickish, if you weren’t related to, a friend or married to someone’s family member there was obvious favoritism. You could make one mistake and they crucify you as if you mess up daily. Pay was kind of low and no room to grow

Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Addison Group. The people are genuinely supportive, and the collaborative culture is one of the biggest reasons I've stayed. Leadership encourages teamwork, celebrates wins, and provides opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Recruiting can be unpredictable, so some roles and markets are more challenging than others.
