Pros

They have an entry level training program, which is a 6-week boot camp with 4-7 other cohorts, that gives you a good foundation of skills to get your foot in the door if you have no previous PPC experience.

Cons

Save yourself from getting screwed over and do not work here! You will either become an account manager who is given too many accounts or if you’re put with a manager who has terrible management skills, you will be miserable and have nowhere to go for help. Upper management does not care about their entry level employees and indulges in office politics and favoritism. Many of the people who have senior positions, should not have gotten those titles, as they clearly lack leadership and management skills. There are only a few good managers at Adlucent, so pray that you get one of them, as your manager can determine whether you succeed or fail at this job. After enough time at this company, even the employees who have given a chance to succeed become jaded and realize how poorly this company is run. 14 Account Managers, that I know of, have left just this year out of a 150-person company. It seems that this company used to have great culture and appreciate their employees, but as the company has grown, it has been unable to treat its employees fairly. Read all of the previous reviews, and you will clearly see this is not a good place to work if you want a chance to grow professionally.
