Great company culture, benefits and overall atmosphere to work. People are very open, knowledgeable and potential for advancement is very much available.

Cons

Not many cons to this place, potential to have longer hours in certain quarters but not many.

Advice to Management

Continue to keep growth and development at the top of the priority list. Innovative ideas are what drive future endeavors.

    Adobe has a collaborative culture and all teams are very talented and friendly. The company also has an excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

    Adobe is a very hierarchical company and decisions are mostly made by senior executives.

    I worked at Adobe as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Intern friendly work atmosphere. I was surprised that interns have free lunch and occasional dinner while the permanent employees don't.

    Cons

    Living expense in the San Jose region is pretty high.
