      Flexible hours not much else

      Cons

      The company doesn't care much for it's employees beyond legal obligation, Bonuses are rare and when they are given they're minimal, Benefits are a joke at a part time level. also there is no breakroom only a desk with a 20 year old microwave and a 10 year old fridge (if you are lucky)

      Advancement paths are not clear Upper management out of touch with working in a store Pay Bad managers are kept Unreliable schedules Constantly cutting hours Commercial is expected to grow while not having the proper resources Too difficult to fire a bad employee Open door policy is a lie
