Disappointed - Customer Service Advanced Energy Employee Review

Worked here for over 16 years! Too much management they all sit around and do nothing have no clue how to do there job (in service that is) but are excel spread sheet readers who tell you priority like you can’t read. They’ll promote you on wage freeze years and not make up for your raises. They will steal bonuses from you!!! Their money’s important yours is not.
