This company is lagging behind the industrial revolution. Too much manual, too little automations! - Culture of follow ups: every action needs multiple follow ups to close. No accountability and ownership - They always play the "Blaming game" for causals or delays/gaps. - Too slow processes. ID's are given 3 weeks, a month, or more after hire date! - New hires are not guided properly. - Benefits and salaries are not competitive compared to other companies. Possible to have no increase within a year. No company revenue bonuses. - No strategic planning
