Pros

If you looking for call center experience, thats the only pro.

Cons

Pay is not equal to the work you are doing when working with insurance policies. The complay is paid double your pay just for you coming to work. I was working in the summer time and there was not air conditioner in the main call center area. I was the second great seller on the floor and management pushed and pushed for more.

Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

Cons

The scheduling could be more flexible .
