      nothing any reason to join, this company only loot the people.

      friends Don't join, this is fake and fraud company. company charges the very heavy amount . I visited Noida branch.

      Very relaxed work environment, managers are great and friendly, pay is fair, and they give housing stipend.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
