      The family environment was really there. The work was rewarding

      Cons

      Old school mentality of how business is done. Position weren’t not created even if deserved you had to wait for people to retire or move on

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
