      Executives go out of their way to explain the state of the company. Senior management is actively looking for areas where the company can organically growth.

      Cons

      Very low vaccination rates in Columbus, GA. Technology areas need to hire skilled workers.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
